Update on Eating Provenance- And planning a trip

Only eating/drinking things we know the source of 100% of the ingredients is going well. But it is a full time job worth of work, between shopping, research and cooking. Sarah, in particular, is strugggling with the not being able to eat whatever friends or family are eating aspects. Next week we are on vacation. But we will still be trying to eat provenance.
